Charles is the founder of CBC and is a dedicated minister with decades of experience both in the university, and in the church environment. He has a particular interest in foundation principles and training and equipping professionals and ministers in the area of counseling. Charles is committed to developing the next generation of church leaders and ensuring that the church remains relevant for the years to come.

Charles has the following credentials:

Bachelor of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership.

Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor

Advanced Course for Reserve Component Noncommissioned Officer

Dr. Rasberry also carries many certifications and affiliations along with extensive work and professional experience including the founding of Oasis for Life with offices in Oregon, Florida and Hawaii.

Tricia is the Professor of Counseling at Calvary Bible College. She took this seat in February 2023. She is also a certified temperament counselor through the NCCA and a Licensed Pastoral Counselor of Oasis for Life Wellness Center since 2020.

Tricia completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Pastoral Counseling through Colorado Theological Seminary. She is advanced certified in the following areas: Counseling Youth and Children, Sexual Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is currently completing Advanced Certification in Marriage and Pre-marriage Counseling.  She also holds the following degrees: a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Golden State School of Theology; a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Gordon College; a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University. She also holds various certifications in business and leadership training.

She has more than 30 years of combined experience in business, education, and ministry. Tricia is very passionate about education and believes that it is an invaluable tool in carrying out the great commission.

Tricia lives with her husband in a not so empty nest because of their 3 legged dog named Hershey and 5 adopted cats. They are based in the Big Island of Hawaii whereas their only child is going to college in California. Tricia had a near death experience in 2021. Because of that experience, she realized that time is short and that we all need to be prepared before Jesus comes. So, Tricia has committed more of her time to local church ministry focusing on  discipleship, counseling, marketplace ministry, and prayer.
